Construction is plugging along for our meeting and event spaces, we’re excited to share that the 4th floor meeting and event space portion of our I|O Urban Roofscape encompasses 10,000 square feet. The indoor and outdoor space consists of 15,000 square feet. Whether planning a small executive retreat for 10, a training seminar for 100, or a reception for 750, we’re pleased to offer a chic and sophisticated event setting. Imagine the possibilities… perhaps a glamorous cocktail party with panoramic views of the Chicago skyline? Or a cutting-edge sales presentation in one of our two state-of-the-art conference rooms?

Urban Greenery

Our sidewalks along Huron and Lasalle are now finished, complete with miniature beds of flowers and trees. We think they add a nice splash of green to the concrete, what do you think?

More Marble – More Shiny, Glorious Marble

Our lobby is bound to be a showstopper, if we do say so ourselves. We previously blogged about the marble installation in this post. Today, during a #SiteVisit, we saw the new additions and more marble.

The floors are nearly complete, along with the lobby’s check in desk.

As an update to this post, we have more news on the lobby front. Gleaming, luxurious marble floors! Beautifully elegant marble lends a level of sophistication to the space. We can’t wait to show you the finished product, but for now, here’s a look at the floor thus far:
