Another development to share: we now have floor-to-ceiling windows on the Huron-facing side of the lobby level! These spacious, grand windows will flood the lobby in gorgeous natural light. They will make the space feel that much bigger and brighter, yet also warm and welcoming.

We’re thrilled with our construction progress thus far and yesterday our construction company, LendLease, had a Topping Off party to celebrate and thank everyone who has helped us along the way.
Nearly 200 hard working team members plus management from LendLease construction joined in the celebration. The party included delicious catering from Lee and Eddy’s.
What’s a Topping Off celebration? In construction, it’s a builder’s ceremony when the structure (bare bones of the building) is complete, and since we took over the structure, this Topping Off party is to celebrate that the building has drywall on all guest floors and the lobby.
